The focus of this camp will be to establish sufficient timing and balance of a player's batting stance and swing. By the end of this camp, players will be able to consistently square up the ball as well as improve a player's pitch recognition skills.
During this camp, players will find their optimal launch angle and focus on staying connected through their swing to increase their exit velocity. Players will also learn about their hitting approach, how to hit high exit speeds, and how to make adjustments to their swing.
This baseball camp for catchers will focus on the fundamentals all catchers need to be successful. We will be covering blocking, framing/receiving pitches, pop times, pickoffs, and situational plays.
